Readily mobile on sturdy casters, this compact
dehumidifier goes where it's needed around the
house, removing humidity from the room while
simultaneously cleansing the air with a filter.
Water is discharged into a 40-pint tank that can
easily be removed for emptying. Users can also set
up the unit for continuous drainage by drilling a
hole in the tank and fitting a hose directly to the
tank's pipe. (A rubber cap is included to fit over
the drilled-out hole so users can refit the unit to
drain in the tank.) A warning light indicates when
the tank is full. Operators can set the dehumidifier
at one of three speeds or for continuous operation.
It operates quietly and employs an environmentally
friendly refrigerant. The washable air filter slips
out easily for cleaning. The dehumidifier measures
22 inches high, 12 inches wide, and 15 inches deep
and weighs about 50 pounds. It carries a lifetime
warranty against defects.
